Submitted by Tom EvansA training ride honouring my daughter, Melanie, who died 11 years ago today. Susan and I rode out to Deep Cove for lunch - Melanie loved to eat. We also talked a lot about Eva who died one month ago today. Two amazing women who will always be an inspiration to both of us. The life lessons that they taught us will never be forgotten. Ali and Rina are always in our thoughts and prayers, the joy and determination that they live with each day makes our little trek to Banff seem small.
