This is it!

It's finally arrived.  The day that we've all been working so hard to prepare for.  In a few hours time, we will be assembling at the Ladner Kin House and then head out on the first leg of our journey, towards Harrison Hot Springs, approx. 140 km away.  What will the next nine days bring?  We can only imagine.  The excitement between our team riders, and the children and young adults we are riding for, is electric!

I don't have very much time to say anything not, but here's a big THANK YOU for everyone who has made this day possible.  To our Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation organizers, volunteers, Kins folk, our families and friends, and most of all, to YOU, our sponsors, I cannot say enough to express my appreciation for all of the help you have done to make this day possible.

Assuming we have Internet access in Harrison Hot Springs, look for an update on this Journal late tonight, filled with photos and stories of our first day on the road.  As for me, I've got to finish packing!!!!
